about

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut and Maine and hold dual masters degrees in Psychological Counseling (MA) and Mental Health Counseling (EdM) from Teachers College, Columbia University.

As your therapist, I aim to provide a safe space for you to reflect and feel heard, gain insight into the origins of your challenges and learn practical skills to overcome them and thrive. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is a collaborative, results-driven approach to helping you address your anxiety, depression, relationship problems, habits and more. I also believe deeply in the mental health benefits of exercise, nutrition, mindfulness meditation, journaling and seeking out sources of passion and joy in one’s life.

I partner with clients ages 18 years and older seeking support for anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, OCD, phobias, panic, disordered eating, IBS, chronic pain, grief, relationship/family conflict, workplace issues, life transitions, multicultural issues, LGBTQIA+issues, habits and substance use, ADHD, body-focused  repetitive behaviors, procrastination, social anxiety, self-esteem issues and more.
